We have eaten at this family run cafe since it opened 7 years ago, and not once have we been disappointed! The service is is great, always friendly and attentive. The food is so good, weather you have a brunch bowl, burger, vegan dish, soup, there all amazing. And…. They always come up with fresh new ideas, flavors: Thank you Yoga Chef. We’ll be back And we always spread the love!
I wanted to try this restaurant/cafe for a while when I first saw their menu. When I got there, the place was pretty vacant and quiet, which made my visitation comfortably relaxed. I liked that there was a TV that showcased all the meals they make. I had their Grounding Brunch Bowl with Avocado as my 'meat' choice, and it was fantastic. The egg is soft poached, the garlic aioli is very flavourful and went great with all the contents in the bowl. The Dark Roast Coffee was nothing special though and it was served with raw brown sugar. Still, the food is great and I would very much like to return there.
This place makes the best, most delicious, and healthiest bowls in all of Greater Vancouver—or maybe even in the world.nnI’m a devout fan and a regular herennI just can’t get enough of all their cooked bowls. In fact, everything on their menu is phenomenal. It’s so hard to find healthy, delicious, and consciously made food, and I’m so glad this place exists.
Such a cute spot! Wonderful friendly service and the food is amazing! And responsibly priced too. We had the veggie burger and Ramen which they kindly helped us portion out each dish for two people - but the portions are so big just the burger would have done the two of us! The smoothies are also to die for!nThere's a little grassy area outside and a water station for dogs. I brought my dog, they made her a side of chicken which is free range and fussed over her lots.
The food is really delicious. With really good attention to the use of sauce. The food is never too dry or bland is just tasteful. Also love the variety of vegetarian and vegan options. And very good atmosphere.nnMy only negative comment will be on the use of plastic containers for their desserts. It really doesn't fit this restaurant style. Nor does it make sense to use plastics even for take outs when we are choking with plastics globally.
