Very comfortable and Low key. My favorite part about this joint is the locally-sourced food. There is something to be said about supporting the farmers of the world. Perfect place to come with a few friends to chat and drink some coffee. I also see people doing their work around here due to the quiet and comfortable space

My new favorite and an excellent alternative to Panera. I did not go here for years because I thought it was all bagels. The menu now includes many options that are a great alternative for people eating more ketogenic, low carb, high protein diets. My personal choice is the quinoa power bowl with smoked salmon. It includes a hard boiled egg, vegetables, and pesto and tastes delicious. And there is the option for two little slices of toast sliced from a baguette. A goog place for healthy eating in downtown Keene. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I would like to see more organic choices on the menu.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients made as ordered. Staff is attentive and efficient. The place is clean and bright. Only con is it is a bit pricey.
