The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro

Brought my burger loving mom here and she now has a new favourite burger spot. Best onion rings ever! Very delicious. Great staff.

My server was Mariella! I had such an amazing experience at works, definitely the best works I have been to. The staff was so helpful, not just to me but everyone around as well and that was very nice to see. The burger was excellent, I made it in time for the lunch menu and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be visiting this location again in the future.

I only gave them three stars because when we went there the first time it wasn't busy and the food was good. We went back a second time it was busy and it was just before we flew home to British Columbia. They had to give me two complementary meals because my burger wasn't cooked properly

Rarely a chain restaurant deserves 5 star and this one is surely a rarity. Great customer service and food. Indoor ambience is nice; wish we could have been allowed patio experience as well - time was a concern. Shakes are heavenly. Surely a bit pricey but then again this is not a so called "frozen patty fresh burger" thingy. You pay for a fresh juicy burger and sides, and you get exactly that. Fries to my surprise were perfectly cooked, right temperature and reasonably salted. Overall a wonderful experience. Nothing negative to say for this location in my first visit; so far.

I was disappointed with the food. My family has come from a funeral 2 days ago and came in hoping to get some food and spend time with the family. We were a party of 8 but was split into 2 tables even though there were plenty of seats that night. We had to wait for 40 mins to get our food and when we received our food, the fries were cold and the burger was ok at best but not worth 40 mins to wait for. The nail in the coffin was that we were billed with a gratuity rate due to our party being 8, but we were not even seated together. We asked to be billed without the gratuity but the server said that it was already in the system. Why couldn't you just start another bill? Never coming back here again.

Delicious burgers with a virtually unlimited amount of toppings. My daughter didn't care for the onion rings-she prefers battered over breaded. I love being able to get peanut butter on a burger. Years ago they discontinued my favourite burger but still have all of the toppings to make it custom for me. It's not the cheapest place to eat but you don't leave hungry. Only thing preventing The Works from 5 stars is they serve Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola products.

So much competition for good burgers. I think the works is among the best. None of these places are cheap and the price I paid here nearly downgraded this to 4 stars but the food was very very good so I'm leaving it at a full 5. In addition staff are very attentive service was good and wait time was fairly good.
