Great vibes, and good food. I believe they only have one cook so if there are decent number of customers, the service can be slow. Once my burgers came little bit cold but most of the time, the food is great. I would highly recommend that the management evaluates adding another cook to the staff. Other than that, I would come here again and the staff is super friendly. P.S. sad to see the works have discontinued their spinach dip, it was soo good.

Good food but not GREAT, good service by Selena, our server. They only had two beers on tap. I expected atleast a couple of more options. I had the magic mushroom burger. The food was decent but I've had better. It's nothing to write home about. Overall, will visit again and try some of the many burger options available.

Great burgers and fries with a lot of choice when it comes to burger toppings. You could even get peanut butter or Nutella on your burger. Toppings and portions generally are generous. Kids menu has burger choices and Mac & cheese.

I've always had a positive experience here and I've been going for the past 6 years. Their burgers are very filling. Actually all their menu items have big portions. The customizable options is what makes this place great! They also used to have The Hangover burger but they got rid of that. Please bring that back, that's my favorite burger! Also the onion ring tower is so good, I highly recommend getting it everytime to share with the table.

Probably the worst burger I've ever had from the Works. The elk patty was hard and very unappetizing. The restaurant itself seems to be lacking cleanliness and proper hygiene standards. While the service was great, the "cook" seemed sketchy. Will not return or recommend.

This place is great food was awesome and the service was impeccable. For my first dinning experience in Canada it was awesome.

2022-10 Review - We went back with my girlfriend recently and things haven't really changed. Service was ok although our fried pickles order was totally forgotten we did get it ultimately after we got our main dishes and our waitress didn't charge us for it. We waited for over 20mn to get our food, at a time that the restaurant really wasn't busy. If anything and due to that, I would probably drop my rating half a star but I can't leave half stars. So I'll leave it at 4 as the burgers are very creative overall and a lot of customization options are offered. 2020 Review - We went out for the first time with my girlfriend since the CoVid quarantine so it was quite the outing for us. 4 tables outside were busy we were the 4th, we arrived late around 8 and were the only ones who ordered food at that time. We had yummy "wrecking balls" as a starter with a couple drinks. Despite the place not being busy, and 2 waitresses, our food order took close to 40mn to come, which I find excessive. I actually had to walk inside asking where our food was as it was getting dark out. Despite the delay, food was good, and the waitress ended up taking the "poutine add-on" off the bill that was a like a $3 extra, which was appreciated. One note: this location is definitely NOT the quietest... lots of cars and motorcycles passing by on both Queen and Main, who think that loudly revving up their engines is something that we all appreciate...

One of the best burger that I have had in a long time. The place has a very rustic look. Service was good but then later as the crowd increased it was a bit topsy turvy
