Only used their services twice but having a happy tired dog that loves going there is proof that it's a great place.  Only problem is that it's far from me and I'm hoping that as it gets really busy from positive reviews not too busy for my dog please they might open a location on the north shore.

Super friendly place, Clean, great staff and the owners are just lovely people. My pupper loves this place. They also have great animal knowledge and give amazing tips and pointers. They really care about you dogs. Can't help but to recommend to everyone!

Very lovely people work at Puptown and genuinely love dogs. I don’t go here for daycare just simply because my dog doesn’t do well in the daycare environment but I do come for grooming. Every single interaction I’ve had with Puptown has been positive. Would recommend to dog owners in the N Burnaby area!
