We decided to go there for a late lunch the other day after our Irish son-in-law suggested that this was possibly the best place in town to try an Irish spice bag. It certainly didn’t let us down. The food came fairly rapidly and was extremely fresh. Our waiter, Cameron was extremely helpful in recommending that the spice bag could easily satisfy two hungry adults. Washing this down with a nice pour of Guinness was the best thing you could imagine.nnThe atmosphere was terrific. There was a band playing in the background. They were doing contemporary music as a two-piece band. This made for a very enjoyable afternoon. We chose to stay at the back of the restaurant where it was a little quieter, enabling us to carry on a conversation.nnI highly recommend the place for the food, atmosphere, and great service.
I had a wonderful experience visiting this spot. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a relaxing afternoon.nnThe food was served in charming baskets lined with printed newspaper-style paper, which added such a nice, authentic touch to the meal. Everything was cooked perfectly and arrived at the table piping hot.nnI especially loved pairing my meal with a classic, perfectly poured pint of Guinness. It is the ideal place to settle in and enjoy some comfort food. I will definitely be back soon.
Great pub! Watched a World Cup game here and had a great time. The chicken wrap that I got was amazing as well and the fries were well done. Would definitely go back here!
Legit Irish pub in the east end pouring great pints of Guinness.nnCame on Friday night at around 8:30pm to kill time while we waited for a table at Oldeseuol Tavern. This place was packed and they had live music. Thankfully we were able to get a seat for 2 in the back.nnWe ordered Guiness and a side of onion rings. I was expecting a few rings, but was surprised when it came out quite big for $5!nnHighly recommend and can't wait to come back to try their food next time.
The worst fish & chips i have ever been served in my life. Zero real fish, all hard flavorless batter. We sent it back and another table near us did the exact same 10 mins later. Gross. Stick to drinks only.
