A cool little place for some gifts, eats and even a few grocery staples. Always friendly service. Sometimes a long wait at the kitchen or deli but it's only because they are so accommodating and there are likely others in front of you. You won't be disappointed once it's your turn. At the very least this should be your go to salami place. Kaiser, Mexican, All Beef and Hot Hungarian are must-tries. You're welcome. Know that the kitchen has limited hours compared to the rest of the store.
It's a very unique place not just to take pictures at, but to buy special pastries, treats, and other goodies. It was busy inside and my family wasn't able to find a table to eat in, but they have picnic tables outside where you can eat while listening to the bells from the neighbor church. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options but you have to look for them, or ask one of their friendly staff. Kid-friendliness: There's a lot of sweet treats for kids available. Parking: The place could get busy but there's enough parking. The only issue when we came was the construction along the road.
The Windmill Country Market offers a taste of delicious home cooking plus a trendy indoor market place with a fresh Bakery, fresh deli, cheeses frozen foods ... it's a must visit when in the Brant County area. Love it and their banana bread is just soooo good. Cheers, Spicy JanFood: 5/5
This is such a wonderful place. Excellent food, kind and helpful people. Their furniture is top quality and Maria is always a pleasure to deal with. We love coming here with our kids too and sit outside on the picnic tables with plenty of room to play.
Unique facility excellent food and people. A bit expensive for sandwiches and soup and a drink which was over $30. It's a wonderful place to visit. Two floors some unique Artisan furniture, the beef soup from the kitchen was extremely good. Carvings and offerings or very unmatched. I'll be back

Great food, but a little pricey. You get what you pay for. The breads are super.fresh, made in-store I think, the pastries are delish, the deli was good too. I want to go back and try the restaurant food next time. Oh and the people were friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5
The Windmill is a local treasure Delicious hot meals, excellent selection of baked goods and cold meats and cheeses. Top notch fresh fruits and veggies, beautiful fresh floral bouquets. Excellent frozen fruits, veggies, soups and meal items. Gorgeous furniture and home decor. Great variety of giftware, clothing accessories, candles and seasonal decor. And the list goes on Definitely a great place to visit, eat snd shop
Amazing place. The butter tarts are some of the best I have ever had. Turkey sandwich and the apple spice muffins are also amazing. Top notch place with a great atmosphere.
Love this place. Upstairs has lots of great things to buy. Food in restaurant is good. Bakery awesome and lots of good grocery items to choose from. The staff is very nice
