Used to be acceptable, new management meant alot of changes, construction and headaches without proper compensation. They are asking for longer terms, higher prices on the lower grade building. Tenants are being treated like dollar sign. I wouldn't deal with their management ever again.

I needed to find a self-storage unit for large, heavy and bulky items, that offered easy unload/load (docks), access 24/7, security, usage of my own lock, temperature-controlled premises, all at a reasonnable price.

I am pleased to report that I have been very happy with the storage units and the helpful and friendly staff at The Windmill Centre in Kanata.
Various storage unit sizes were available and I was able to pick and choose the size and location of my unit, plus also able to get a discount for a long-term lease. Bringing the stuff in (or out) was/is a breeze. Nice to be inside, protected against the elements !

I feel that the Windmill Centre is a very convenient place which certainly addressed all my expectations with self-storage. Its one-floor/no-elevator as well as on-site dollies are very practical and appreciated. The presence of multiple running surveillance cameras makes the place feel safe. Finally, I appreciate the fact that the place is kept clean too, that is a bonus. Thank you.
