When we got there the bath tub had dog hair all up in it but we washed it out but it could have hurt someone if they had an allergy and the TV was small with only about ten channels but the bar next door has great food and drinks no internet thorough unless you go to the bar and sign into it. Food & drinks: Bar next door has great food and drinks
Rooms need to be remodeled and updated. Tvs should be allowed to connect other devices to them. It's an ok place to stay.Rooms: 4/5
Was working 2 hours from home and the Wilderness Inn was nearby. Next closest hotel would have been in Necedah, so very convenient for my circumstance.Rooms: 3/5
Just stopped for a drink. The bartender was nice. Had their cute dogs there. The 1 bigger, part boxer was the shy one! Just a more homie place.Service: 5/5
Nice place. Just had a couple of beers here. Didn't stay in the rooms.
Awesome bar and grill. Great people perfect for a chill Sunday Football Game. And the best HOUSEKEEPING service. The rooms a little old fashioned but that's what I call comfort. Tks guy's!
Love the owners. Great place to hang out. They treat you like family. The food is amazing. Definitely recommend! Nice motel rooms as well.Rooms: 5/5

5 days ago after work I went to book a room for the next month at Wilderness Inn in Necedah, Wi. It looked pretty rundown and got absolutely no cell service whatsoever. Yet, I still decided to give it a try because it was a 15 min drive to work unlike my current location where I drive an hour and 30 mins. The moment I walk inside the makeshift bar I know I’m not welcomed by the patrons. Every single person was white and held an emblem showing their support for Trump. As well as “Trump 2020” decals on their beer sleeves. Absolutely no one wore a mask nor practiced social distancing. It took the bartender a full 15 mins to finally get to me and ask me what I wanted. I’d let him know that I had a male co-worker ask in advance about their rates and availability, he went ahead and took down my info and said the owner wouldn’t be back in for another hour. I stuck around for about 5 mins until a gentleman coaxed me into waiting and he’d keep me company. He was extremely nice and very well behaved. We made small talk until the bartender came with the owners mother-in-law in tow. I’m not lying when I said that the whole bar became quiet and all looked at me firmly. The woman came up to me with a displeased look and rudely asked me for my name. The moment she heard my Hispanic name fall from my lips she quickly said that she wasn’t going to book any room for me whatsoever. That she only did business “white folk” that are in for the “hunting season”. The gentleman that had made small talk to me, came to my defense and argued with his mom as well as the owners mother-in-law. He kept saying “She’s good business, she will have you a guaranteed month of pay.” The woman made no effort in saying otherwise. Just said that my kind should try in another town. With that said I walked out. Disgusting experience.
