The Inn was beautifully decorated, clean and well kept. The self-serve breakfast had a very good selection of baked goods and other breakfast items. It was well located for our whitewater rafting weekend, and we enjoyed the use of the outdoor sauna, hot tub and cold plunge after our activity! Would definitely recommend!
This is a wonderful and special place and Cindy is a host who cares. We had our wedding reception there last year and it was absolutely fabulous. Everyone raved about the Inn and we were proud to welcome our friends and family there.
The inn was so welcoming and Cindy was incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. The entire experience from booking to our stay was amazing. The fresh baked goods and wide variety of breakfast food items were appreciated. At the very last minute when Cindy found out it was my Mum’s birthday she made a gorgeous cake to help my Mum celebrate. So very thoughtful. The Inn was spotless and had everything we needed for an incredible family reunion.
I could not have asked for a better week of cycling, hiking, shopping and relaxing! Whitewater Inn is very cozy and inviting, and Cindy was the quintessential hostess! Her love of the Ottawa Valley is evident in her tour guiding and her storytelling. Her passion for the outdoors and healthy living made for safe cycling and hiking, as well as delicious meals well, maybe the daily warm-out-of-the-oven scones weren’t particularly healthy, but they were sure delicious and gave us fuel for our cycling! The Inn is decorated exquisitely, and our room was spacious and cozy. COVID-19 protocols were maintained to provide a safe and worry-free environment. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would definitely do it, given the way Cindy went over and above to provide is with the best experience ever! The kaleidoscope of fall foliage colors left us speechless and was truly “icing on the cake”!
The Whitewater Inn is a gem! The owner clearly takes pride you can see it in every detail of the house. Staying in Iron Ring gave us some extra room and view down to the garden. With a new outdoor sauna being installed guests will be able to warm up after a snow shoe adventure in the Whitewater Region as their outdoor adventure packages look like must do's. From arriving to our early morning departure where we come out to find a path to our car and around cleared of the overnight snow it made for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend the Whitewater Inn and looking forward to our next visit.
