The Whippy Dip

Stopped for ice cream on a road trip through Iowa. This us an awesome old school oce cream stand. Walk up to the counter to order. Great great ice cream, and super friendly staff

Scrumptious ice cream and large portions. Had the cookie dough tornado. Can't wait to return to have another

Everything we had here was great! Being from out of town, we didn't know it was cash only. No credit cards. Thankfully we did have cash on hand. That being said the ice cream was very creamy and full of flavors in each order. Andes Mint Tornado was super good! Will definitely go back!

Great ice cream at reasonable prices. Friendly customer service. Definitely worth stopping by when in town.

Best heath cappuccino tornado ever. It's their version of the blizzard.

Closed during peak leaf viewing was a disappointment, but always a solid choice.

The whippy dip is the best place on Earth.

Great place to stop and get some ice cream or a cold treat. The only downside is it is really popular so it is a bit of a wait but worth it.

Love the hot fudge sundaes, great food too
