We had an amazing experience here, from the front desk to the lady who served us at seasons restaurant for drinks.. rooms were spacious, clean and very modern. The hotel overall was amazing. The only con about this hotel was how slow the elevators were, especially during checkout time. We will definitely be back
This hotel needs a major upgrade in their hotel rooms. The lobby is nice, but that’s about where it ends. Whenever we put the air on there was this loud noise like air releasing somewhere. There was balcony and NO ONE should have been allowed to even open the door to go on it. The bathroom walls obviously had water damage and if that didn’t give it away the leaking water from the ceiling while showering did. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Inside the room there are no switches to turn on lights only individual lights around the room and the room is still dark. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’d been in, but it sure wasn’t the best. I would have switched rooms but we had friends staying in other rooms with different issues. I figured a water damaged ceiling and a loud AC was best case.
I stayed here a few weeks ago. I found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, and the bed was conformable. The only issue that I had was that only 2 elevators were operational near the front desk, so getting downstairs to check out took a while. Thankfully, one of the chamber maids said to use the other elevators near the back of the hotel since they were faster and not used as much. I will stay at this hotel again.
We checked in early by efficient staff. Made dinner reservations at the Seasons Restaurant where we were welcomed by Linda and Terry. We were seated at a window overlooking the view plus blooming Cherry trees! Soon Terry presented me with roses for Mothers Day! The service was excellent from start to finish. Both Linda and Terry were attentive and friendly. The food was nicely presented and was delicious! It was a fabulous time with thanks to long term employees ,Linda and Terry who enjoy serving their guests and it was appreciated.
I found this place on Perks at Work for my stay here 5/24-5/26. I was under the impression that it would be a 4 star hotel as advertised, but it’s definitely not. I initially reserved a king sized bed, and they downgraded me at check-in to a room with two twin beds simply because I have my bunny with me. They also gave me hard time asking for identification for my bunny to prove that she’s an emotional support animal. I don’t have an ID card for my bunny but showed them my paperwork from my psychologist. They then charged me $50 for a pet fee, and I am writing this while in my room where I smell cigarettes even though this is a non-smoking property. I called the hotel, one staff member said I could be given a different room, but the front desk said that wasn’t an option. It’s very bait and switch like tactics. Everything is far from what I expected. What a joke, I wish I was making this up, and here I am trying to figure out how I will get through tomorrow night. Fingers crossed they won’t retaliate me for sharing my experience. It’s also $20/day for parking. As of right now, I have incurred an extra $90 worth of expenses that are all surprises. Run! I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I am usually not one to write bad reviews. I won’t stay here again unless they make things right and overhaul their policies.
