Love staying here Great location, courteous helpful staff, delicious breakfast and good coffee. Room was clean and view was beautiful. First trip ever with my dogs and they had the best time walking the harbour front and visiting center island with the ferry right next door. Had valet service making everything so easy to travel with dogs right to the front door of hotel until our departure after a fun filled weekend. Will be booking this hotel as my go to for visiting Toronto with or without my fluffy buddies.
We stayed at this hotel back in Dec 2025 with our dog. Very nicely decorated lobby for Christmas with a free hot chocolate by the front doors. Valet parking is good with in and out options. I love that they are very pet friendly! The staff are very welcoming and very nice to our dog. They brought a dog bed, bowls and poop bags to our room right after checking in. The hotel doesn’t have a dog park but it is very close to a huge park right by the water, located a few steps behind the hotel turn left as soon as you get out of the hotel, another left at the first light and walk all the way towards the water. The location of this hotel is very close to the Christmas market, about 10 mins walk. Other things to note: 1. They have an umbrella to borrow if it’s raining. Just make sure you return it so others can use it too. 2. They can hail you a cab if you don’t want to drive around. Just make sure to tell the valet person that you want a cab that will take a card payment, not cash bc the cab driver will demand a very high flat rate.nnOverall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Thank you!!
I absolutely love this hotel. I absolutely recommend it to everybody. It’s a two minute walk from Union Station connecting you to Pearson Airport with UP rail, most of south Ontario is accessible with go transit. Billy Bishop Airport is a stone throw away. Directly adjacent the hotel is the Toronto ferry to the islands, as all the water taxis. 24 hour a day hotdog and sausage cart out front. I love that. Rooms are very well renovated, bathrooms are beautiful, environmental control is digital and very effective. Hotel staff are fantastic at making sure you stay as comfortable. I travel with an ESA beagle, hotel staff went over in above, making sure that he was well taken care of by providing him a dog bed and food and water bowls. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, you just have to stay here if you’re in Toronto.
This hotel was a great business stay! I stayed 2 nights, the rooms are of good size and the they are renovated, in the south tower. Very modern with all amenities. The beds are very comfortable as well.nThey have great service even late night and have a late night menu for the late night arrivals. Their staff is very friendly and nice.nI would certainly recommend staying in the south tower.
Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Peter was A1 at the check in desk. Service was good in lounge and room service was reasonably prompt. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at the mizzen for breakfast; that was very poor. The cost and quality were such, I wouldn’t eat there again. Lastly, I asked a young man in the hall for a few extra towels; he obliged and was very friendly, but his hygiene was not desirable. When he offered to clean up the room, I declined due to his pungent odour. Cultural perhaps, but not tolerable, very off putting.
