We bought a water softener and a reverse osmosis water purifier from The Water Stop. The systems are awesome and the advice they gave us on our purchase was tailored to our specific needs. We have them back each year for a filter change and a maintenance check. Jay and his staff always go above and beyond when it comes to excellent service!!
The Water Stop put in a UV filter system and filtration this morning. The service was EXCEPTIONABLE - the service fellow - Jay, described what he was doing and why - he was extremely polite and courteous. Just before he left he checked everything and then explained how the system worked and what to expect. He also thanked me for using the Water Stop store. AND BTW - the cost was FAR FAR FAR more reasonable by comparison - up to $1000 than any of the other agencies doing EXACTLY the same thing - with exactly the same product. Without doubt I will definitely recommend this company to everyone needing such a service. Thank you!
