The Water Closet

I have only had dealings with the Water Closet - for just under a year now ... but, i can say in all honesty that the service they have provided to me and my clients has been something extraordinary. Nick Nano, my representative knows his product line inside/out and backwards, he spends the time to educate me and, he really takes the time to educate and help my clients. When shopping with my clients at other locations/showrooms, I find the help is nice, but what i like about Nick is that he goes above and beyond. The Water Closet is now my first 'go-to' place. I'm sorry to hear that they are moving - but, I will make the effort to drive to their new location. Thank you for the opportunity to say a few words.

We have been dealing with the Water Closet for many years. They have a lot of product selection. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My go to person is Jermaine. He is great with getting information, specs and following up on orders. Overall the entire staff is great to deal with and I would highly recommend them. Paul Sentinel Plumbing Inc.

My father is 86 and just moved in with us a few weeks ago and we needed to put in a barrier free shower on the main floor. Given how customizable these showers are you can imagine how much time was required to go back and forth with the manufacturer. Jermaine Bailey was nothing short of amazing. He literally took over two hours with us in the store and Maax on the phone. Not once did he give the appearance that we were taking too much of his time. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Etobicoke Water Closet to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom needs.

Ive been a customer of The Water Closet for over 10 years now and have Jermaine as sales associate for a over 5 years and i have nothing but amazing excellent service from them. There knowledge and customer services is absolutely the best. When ever i need anything Jermaine is all ways available and gets what i want asap. There are my number 1 plumbing fixture shop and I highly recommend anybody out there shopping for fixtures to give a call or visit
