John was very friendly and personable. Changed my watch battery in a few minutes when the mall Paris Jewelers in the mall wouldn't touch my watch. Great price, too.

The employee there was abrasive and unfriendly. He refused to resize my ring and when I asked for an explanation he was so rude, he almost made me cry.
Went in to see if I could drop off my necklace to be fixed - he had it fixed and out the door in 10 minutes. Great service, I will 100% be back.
Couldn't get my ring off due to swelling from pregnancy. John was absolutely phenomenal and took care of the situation right away. I was a little nervous about getting the ring off but his jokes and sarcasm during the procedure put me at ease. Definitely recommend! Will be going back for re-sizing once I have my baby!

I just purchased a gold baby bracelet for our very very ill 2 yr old granddaughter. John was amazing and so sympathetic. After hearing about her situation he offered the beautiful gold bracelet for 1/2 price!! Thank you John we will never forget your kindness!
