I just had one of the most pleasant hair cut experiences at this place. I walked in not expecting much; I have strange curly hair that no one seems to cut right... But Kelsey managed to make me look human and gave me some well needed tips on style. More importantly, epic hair cuts seem to be secondary to their emphasis on a positive human interaction. Highly recommended.

Marion did an unreal colouring job on my hair! Very easy to talk too. I totally recommend her to anyone.

Urban Lounge took care of the makeup for my ladies and I for my wedding, and I couldn't have been happier! The bridal makeup includes a trial, after which the artist followed up with me and incorporated my feedback into my look on the big day. On the wedding day, the artist was prompt (she came to us), professional, and kind. Not to mention that my makeup stayed on all day! Would highly recommend!
