Got business cards printed and they were 2 business days late from when they said they would be done. Unfortunately for me, this made them an entire 7 days late because it was over Christmas. I was open for every one of those days and not able to give the business cards to my customers, sucks to be me. Would have been nice if they told me they were outsourcing all the way to Ohio when they referred to the "UPS hub" (they don't have the printer for double sided cards, I assumed they were outsourcing to somewhere in the GTA). When I finally got my cards they weren't even printed properly, white lines on two sides. He gave me the option of taking them for half price vs getting them printed again, decided to trim the lines off myself. Rated three stars instead of one because the guy is polite, at least gave me discount and it was mostly the other place's fault for messing up my cards. Not much he could have done but it was still very inconvenient for me.

What's the point in your hours being 11:00 - 6:00 pm and Saturdays till 4:00pm . We just went over to pick-up something at 3:30pm sign says till 2:00 pm. you're wasting people's time. Update your correct hours of operations in your website. Some customer service practice this is!
