Terrific service and knowledge! I had a large shipment going international, Pete helped me out with fast labeling and paperwork. The UPS driver even waited a few mins so my shipment made it out same day! First rate!

Took forever to find my package when I went to pick it up today March 19. Last name starts with an L and he kept looking in the middle shelf which had names N-Z. Guy doesn't know his alphabet. He kept calling someone on his cell for help. Finally he tells me to come back later. I then ask him to look at the top shelf. He says no point as it is put away alphabetically. Told Him L is between A-M. Guy finds it right away. I'm sure the owner is great but this employee has brought my rating down. Update: receiving emails from ups choice to pick up my package or it will be sent back to sender. The guy didn't even register that it was picked up. Nice job.

Great customer service. Very informative and pleasant to deal with. This store does more than just ship various packages, they print cards, posters, and so much more. Definitely recommended.

UPS has once again earned another 5 stars. The owner of this outlet is extremely nice and was very helpful with the packaging and handling of my package. Main thing for me is customer service and this place has it all. They also told me about all the other types of services UPS offers which I did not know about especially the mailboxes they now have in store.

Saw this was the only UPS store open on Sunday, and I didn’t trust Canada Post with my parcel to the USA, so off I went. As there was a fragile piece inside, the owner, Abdil, helped repackage my box cheaper than what it would have been in the first place! Very friendly, knowledgeable and a good price too. Very, very pleased for the excellent service and it is work the drive to ship with him.
