Worst customer service Ever.. when u want to drop-off your package they can't even print a receipt and they tell you to call UPS ppl..

I think some are confusing this outlet with the company UPS. These outlets are really just the UPS website + storage and aren't integrated with any UPS systems. The  owners run a number of other services here and were always very polite and explained things very clearly. I'll take away a star as one complaint is they are slow moving and will sometimes ask you to move your package to a different area instead of just doing it themselves. Its a pretty limited, almost robotic job, though.
