The issue is that when they create a label or you drop off a per-labeled package it does not actually get scanned at the store....because they are not truly UPS.  They are an agent making a label just like you might at home.  

It does not get scanned until it gets out to the warehouse on western ave.  So if the package is lost or stolen in between, it simply disappears and you have no recourse.  The only thing I can think of to avoid this is have them package it and create the label, then drive it to the warehouse yourself.

Been to this location several times, usually on a Saturday. The staff is efficiently and knowledgeable. I dropped off my box, was given a receipt, and walked out the door in under a minute. They offer a lot of services here that I wasn't aware of.

The girl with the really short blonde hair "helped" me ship a package today. First off, her greeting was abrasive and not at all welcoming. During the shipping, I asked questions about the next day and second day compared to ground shipping and their prices. I was confused on some of prices and dates of arrival and when I asked her to explain it better, I was met with, "I don't know what to tell you" in an annoyed manner. Not at all impressed with her service and it makes me not want to go back if they can't answer simple questions.

Best in Brookings, easily. I am not sure what bath salts these other reviewers are on, but I've been going here for over 2 years and the staff is always helpful and courteous, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. I've been in the store countless times and never seen any other customers leave unsatisfied. I am not even remotely a "rich" person, nor do I think the staff acts like "millionaires and billionaires". If I had to guess, it seems to me like people get upset when they realize it isn't $5 to have 1000 full color posters printed or that the 75lbs of books you want to send overnight isn't $10. Their prices are 100% inline with every mailing and printing store I have used across the US. Go here, check it out and see for yourself.
