I needed to fax two items and called to see what the price would be. The employee AJ answered the line something that I didn’t get from another UPS location and he informed me of the price quickly.nnUpon arrival AJ was working and he faxed the documents I needed faxed with no issues. He was also very pleasant and polite.

Store owner had the nerve to think she can judge others before herself telling me to hire a broker for ups to deliver my package which I told her it won't even be delivered because it isn't allowed to enter I even asked before shipping she says I don't know its your job to know where you can't shipnThis is all a ups scam. For more money if I had listened to her I would have paid over 1000$ for something that won't even enter anyway I don't wanwathe package you can have it and I'm not mad nor going to judge you I am not you. I'm only disappointed some people favor money over what's rightnDon't bother me us anymore

UPS is sometimes, cheaper then canada post, when you're shipping ton, every $ matters. They lost 6 packages in my first month shipping from here, package was not scanned in after being dropped off and dissappeared. Have watched them scan every item since, they have not lost 1. Get receipts, watch them scan in items and you should be good.

First time shipping with UPS. The guy told me to leave my package on the counter. Never got scanned and now it's lost. Never using this garbage again

Ajay is a very unprofessional guy working at UPS store . He is so dumb he doesn't even know how to treat customers with respect. He doesn't even stay focused while working I had to wait for a long time at the store to drop my package because he was not attending me. And especially the treatment that he gives to girls is so disrespectful. He emails me all the time asking what I am doing. That guy is so ill mannered.
