Great sandwich. Cheesy, crunchy, all warm and tasty. The bisque needed a lot of help. Maybe go simpler and leave out the basil. Save it for an accent on top.
Amazing grilled cheese, my favorite food truck! I recommend the Chicken Pesto, Spicy Italian, and Carne Asada! I haven't tried any of the others yet but I'm sure they're just as good!

This place is AMAZING! Hands down best food truck food I have ever had. I got the carne asada fiesta melt and it is so good. Great flavors, good carne asada meat, and great guacamole.
Got the chicken pesto sandwich once and it's all I got since then. So good and so filling.
I had went to Kirkland Uncorked this last weekend. The carne asada sandwich I had here was ‘The Highlight’ of the day! Love, Love, Love!
