People that own it are friendly. The washroom is clean. Only positives. You will find up to half the washing machines out of service at any given time. The ones that are functional often have very finicky coin slots that will eat your money without crediting you. I have witnessed people sink an extra 3 to 5 dollars in their machines due to this. There is no wifi to be used. The single vending machine does't work. If you live in Beamsville and really need to have a laundromaut close you will be able to clean your clothes here.. with all the frustrations listed. If you don't mind traveling I suggest you do so. Go visit some family in surrounding area and utilize a laundromaut that won't make you want to rip your hair out.

Ridiculous... just ridiculous. Most of the machines are either out of order or have serious issues. Even the change machine is half broken. There's a number to call... but what's the point? The owners obviously don't care and should consider just closing the doors.

Grandson just lost 20.00 in coin machine and it did not give out any change. No one to call, answering machine is full. SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!!!!!

There is about 20 washing machines in which half are out of service (always) and a the other half eats your coins but don't have a "out of survice sign". There is detergent dispensaries in case you forgot yours, but none of them work. There is no attendant or employee to help you with anything, I don't know how this place is still running!? First time I came I though it was just a down day, third time "this place is hole" go elsewhere is my suggestion ;)
