These guys were great to work with. My wife and I bought our first home and used them as our lender. Being first time home buyers, we had tons of questions to ask. We always felt in contact with these guys, and if we ever had any questions I just called or texted the loan officer and he always got back to me within minutes. They helped make the closing process very smooth as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Cherry creek mortgage team is amazing!!!! They offer tons of loan options, are extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend hem to anyone needing loans from construction to traditional or a refinance.

I have worked with Cherry Creek Mortgage multiple times.  The first was about 2 years ago to refinance, and then again last November to purchase a home.  I am the kind of person that asks a million questions which I'm sure is super annoying, but Jake, Brady, Tyler and Tim were always very patient with me and helped me tremendously.  They were just changing the federal regulations at the time and our loan was one of the first that they had done with them in place.  They were very good about explaining the process and making sure everything was in place.  Tyler was especially good to help us put an offer on a home we wanted because we were working without a realtor.  I can't say enough good about them.
