The Ten Spot - Beaches

The staff are the best in the city. We took a friend for her birthday pedi and were treated with the best hospitality. The tubs and tools are fully sanitized and clean. I am a big fan of the Ten Spot!! Young and old can feel comfortable to access this establishment.

Yesterday Rosie did a lash lift and tint for me, and I am so happy with it! Before that, she provided a facial tailored to my skin type and addressed the issues I was having with blackheads and clogged pores. She did a great job with all aspects, including extractions and soothing/calming my skin. She clearly loves her work, and I felt very taken care of! I've been going to the 10 Spot for a variety of services since 2011. In 11 years I've never had a negative experience at the Leslieville or Beaches locations and I've always walked away feeling well taken care of and happy with their services. In particular, I see Angie and Antonietta at the Beaches location. They are both professional, and friendly and make great recommendations about skin care. Antonietta has given me personalized recommendations for my skin that have transformed its appearance and given me a lot more confidence. Highly, highly recommend.

Antonietta was fantastic! She was helpful in picking a colour I love for my manicure and recommended brow lamination for my next appointment, which I’m looking forward to trying. Received a gift certificate ans should have just purchased dermalogica and coola products. Waste of a gift certificate. Second time going there and once again the worst pedicure I have received. Came home and exfoliated more and did more that’s the girl did. Manicure…after carving my cuticle and not telling me she proceeded to keep spraying it with rubbing alcohol. I know she cut it I asked ans she was like “oh sorry”. Also, because it kept bleeding and stinging. The redness and dried blood looks great with my manicure. Cashing out and being asked how my services were and telling the person how awful it was she proceeded to ask if I wanted to tip? Oh sorry but I will let my manager know. Sorry for the negative review but the worst experience I have had for any service in a very long time.Services: Pedicure

Amazing staff very knowledgeable, gentle, and will make you feel comfortable. Their Laser hair removal is great, little to moderate pain while doing it, no pain at all once done.

My main issue was the high step up to the pedicure seats. I can't really walk, and it was a tough climb. Also, the washroom isn't big enough for my walker or my wheelchair. Having said that, the care was excellent and much assistance was offered to me.

Antonietta Titone is fantastic and I will be returning to see her from here on out. Highly skilled and a knowledgeable expert in skin and nail care. I had changing and ageing skin and was having new sensitivity I was concerned about and Antonietta immediately knew what was happening and proceeded to treat and advise.
