The Tallest Poppy

I was lucky to try their fried chicken fest entry and it was the best one I had. Staff is incredible friendly and lovely. All the food I’ve had is excellent and I cannot wait to order again soon and look forward to be able to attend a drag brunch when it is possible and safe to do so.

The environment is pretty nice, I like the paintings and other decorations, staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles and I was a little disappointed with how crispy the chicken was but all in all it was still good. The mac and cheese though, that was one of the best I've tasted from a restaurant!

This place is great! The girls were hustlers. Great vegan selection. All the vegetables sides were bomb. Good wine beer selection which promotes day drinking. I had the Caesar salad garnish with yeast. Collard green was Brazilian style- sautéed with garlic. Slaw was with some kinda feta cheese.

Never had a bad experience at The Tallest Poppy. Each visit, the food, service and establishment as a whole have been incredibly accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new spot to hit up!

Such lovely staff and unreal food. Always nice to talk a stroll in Wolseley to grab some great brunch. Love the atmosphere in there as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Best fried chicken in the city!!! Best fried tofu too! Great atmosphere and values. Couldn't ask for a better local go to joint.

Ordered the 10 piece of fried chicken to go. It was absolutely amazing. So good! The only thing that kinda sucked was that they only included one hot sauce packet...for ten pieces of chicken. Each piece got like a drop. Still five stars though!

Ordered their chicken burger and fries for chickenfest. Amazing quality and taste! Good size of serving as well. Would highly recommend!!
