Story

Remember the days of penny candy, the old general store and when the cost of gasoline was only 23 cents a gallon? Unfortunately, the cost of penny candy is no longer a penny and none of us will ever understand the cost of gasoline, but the look and feel of an old fashioned general store does still exist at the Taffy Barrel. Imagine, over 150 barrels and baskets loaded with your favorite candies, that old creaky wood floor, the old decorative tin ceiling and the cool breeze from the ceiling fan on a warm summer's day.
