The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They offer many different flavors of ice cream and they were so delicious! The muffins are made fresh daily and were too die for! My muffin was still warm when I sat down to eat it. They offer a very relaxed environment. The decor is so cute! I highly recommend coming here for a calming and delicious experience. I visited multiple times during my stay in Sisters.

Their cold brew coffee tastes like chilled brew coffee, not anything tasty or interesting. Their prices are good however and their staff is friendly!

I came in with my boyfriend to get ice cream twice this week and the unfriendliness of the staff honestly makes me never want to go back. The first time we went in, two boys were working and the second time it was a girl and one of the same boys. Both times the staff seemed genuinely annoyed that we were there. They didn’t greet us when we came in and didn’t talk to us unless we initiated first. The ice cream was pretty good, the store is extremely well set up and very cute. I hate writing reviews especially bad ones but I figured that if the owner cares at all they would want to know the way that their staff treats customers. I’ve worked in food service for many years and still do and it is not that hard to be kind to the people keeping you in business, especially tourists. I have lived in Sisters almost my entire life and am sad to see such a staple ice cream shop deteriorate in their customer service.

Best coffee in town dare I say even better than Sisters Coffee Company. Good ice cream choices, generous portions, clean and quaint. We had a great visit!

I had a delicious, cool, thick cappuccino milkshake with espresso on a warm day during the quilt festival. It was awesome. One of the best milkshakes I have ever had, and I'm no spring chicken.

Some of the most tasteless I’ve cream I’ve ever had. I usually wouldn’t post anything “if you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing at all.” But it was such a waste of $5.75 The stars are for the ambiance, it was very well put together and cute, nice place to hang out. I just wouldn’t recommend the ice cream.

Great variety of flavors available beyond the typical chocolate and vanilla. Good location on the main downtown street Hwy 126

Delicious coffee for me & an ice cream cone for the kiddo is the best way to start a trip over the mountains.
