The Sushi Factory

Very tasty and the restaurant has such a calming atmosphere! We went later at night during happy hour and enjoyed some sushi rolls. The tea that was served was also very good : will definitely stop by again when in the area!

Service was slow as there was only one server. Food's taste was okay but they didn't remove the plastic wrap before sent it to table.

Went here thinking we could get ramen but I was wrong! Either way, we got sushi, spring rolls and the udon noodle soup. I wasn't a big fan of the soup but the sushi was absolutely amazing. I'm not here to rave about the food as much even though it was great as I am here to rave about the waitress we had. She was so helpful, always checking up on us and she even spoke to the chef about my soup even though my boyfriend enjoyed his. We just had the most wonderful experience having her as our waitress. I believe her name was Katlynn. One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Oh and the ambiance was pretty great too! Will definitely be coming back for more sushi .

Our server was very friendly but unfortunately she was the only one on and was new. She wasn’t able to make hot sake which is a favorite for us. There are no longer bento boxes available which was disappointing for our kids that don’t be eat raw sushi yet. We ordered edamame but they were out of that as well. The rolls we ordered were good but we won’t be in a rush to come back.

Sushi places are hit or miss. I'm pretty happy to have this place nearby. The quality of the food is usually very good and as far as sushi goes, it's affordable too. I'd happily recommend tenkuu to anyone.Food: 5/5

since I am having a problem on my Skip the dishes app and I couldn’t add a note on my order that I have an allergies on sesame seed and oil. I called them and let them know about it and the very nice Filipina who helped me on the phone was very understanding. they explained to me that next time I need to add a note on the order because when the are taking it they also put the note direct to the kitchen so they will know what they are making or is there any allergies but since I don’t have note on mine because I couldn’t put idk why she talked to the cook and let them know that I have some special request on my order and since I explained what happened they are very understandable and still helped me to change something on my order. She is just so lovely, I am 3 months pregnant and been craving for sushi eventhough I have an allergies and I am happy that they helped me and they take it very seriously. love this restaurant, the staff and the foods thank you so much again.

Great food and atmosphere but it took awhile to get our sushi, mind you it was a platter style so it had to come all at once. Hence only 4 stars.

Food was amazing as always but service was horrible. 45 min to get our drinks, waitress wasn’t answering the call bell, then tried to charge us $50 for stuff we didn’t have, also forgot part of our food order. Usually it’s really great service

Just a horrible experience! We have ordered multiple times from this location, never with out an issue. This time around, there was no one to answer the phone to call in a take out delivery, requiring us to drive to the restaurant and place an order. We were told it would take about 25min which ended up being closer to 45min. On top of that they forgot half our order, and when we got home our order was squished and did not resemble to picture at all. It was an extremely unacceptable customer experience we also had a little toddler with us, which made waiting around for a food order that more difficult.
