Lovely African themed restaurant. Cozy atmosphere. Great value for money. All day breakfast was really good and tasty. Service was a bit like canteen. We had to get our drinks , cutlery, sauces at the tills which created a traffic with customers coming in the restaurant giving their order. Hot drinks could be served at the table. This won’t stop me from going back and recommend the place
This was our first visit having seen some great reviews. Food was beautifully cooked and was really tasty. We will definitely be back. Lovely atmosphere too and lots to look at while you are waiting for your food.Food: 5/5
Me and my husband went this morning for the first time after seeing it recommended multiple times on Facebook. It was very, very busy which I didn’t mind too much because this to me says a lot about the place, busy = good!! So there was about a 45 minute wait for food and waited in the queue for about 15 minutes. The food was perfect so I genuinely didn’t mind waiting. Neither of us could complain about the food at all, it was a good, proper full English breakfast. The prices are also very fair, the amount of food you get for the price is more than worth it. Will definitely be coming back again.
Great food and really friendly staff. Edit: 21.08.21 - just been in for an amazing fry up. The staff are really friendly and very accommodating for a party of 12. Food is great here and priced good. Edit- 29.01.23 Another amazing fry up. DO NOT BOTHER READING THE POOR REVIEWS THESE PPL ARE JUST MOANING FOR THE SAKE OF IT
Real traditional English breakfast in a South African Braai restaurant setting!! Still, has a genuinely local cafe feeling about it. We visited at 9.30 and it seemed very popular with residents and tradesmen working in the neighbourhood. Friendly service, competitive prices and really huge choice. The cooking was fabulous, especially the fried eggs. First visit.....and already looking forward to the next....which won't be too long away!!!
Really nice breakfast, very busy when we came in but still served breakfast quickly. Bit of confusion as to what to do when walked in , but sit down Get table number , then go up and order Overall great experience
Very rude staff. Asked for a simple request, at multiple times to be argued with about. Ended up canceling the whole meal as wouldn't of been able to eat with my family. Will not be going again.Food: 1/5
Ordered a cheese baguette and a ham toastie for lunch. We can't go out as we are self isolating. Cheese baguette was OK but the ham toastie had the smallest amount of ham that was cut into little strips. Probably the worst ham toastie I have ever seen. Called to complain, they said the toastie is usually bigger ham and cheese but as I just had ham that's what it comes like, bear in mind they have a ham toastie on their menu. Their solution was if I order from them again I would get it for free.... no thank you.
Food was nice was served by the rudest person didn’t even get seated. Had to get our own table and menus then had to go order our food and the lady was so rude that I would never go back there or even recommend anyone go there
Love this cafe, go all the time. Good breakfast, lovely coffee. Can't complain. EverFood: 5/5
