Self storage facilty. All units individually alarmed with video surveillance in the yard. 24/7 access to our gated yard for our customers only. We also sell a full range of boxes and packing supplies.
We are the local drop off location for Greego Recycling depot. If it uses a Powercord, circuit board or battery we take it!

I rented a unit and the lady was quite nice in the office.  The computer was slow but we got through it.  She said she had to remove her lock however that would take 1/2 hour.  I couldn't wait but I was never told there was a time limit for us to put our own lock on.  We went to move our stuff into the unit Friday night and found a lock on it.  It was after hours and no one was willing to help us. Why would we did not receive a courtesy call to say that we had to come and put our own lock on i will never know. 
We tried to call Saturday as they are open 10-4 but we were told that we could not access the unit until Monday.  Monday is too late when you have the weekend to move.  I would not recommend this storage place. 

I have sent an email today to cancel my contract immediately.

I work out of one of the lockers. Great staff and if there's a problem they are good with fixing it.

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! This place is very poorly run. I was told to call when I knew I was going to be leaving so I wasn't charged the whole month- I called to let them know. I was given a sooner move in date and called to let them know I wouldn't be going over a month. They said they had already processed the payment (even though it was well before the actual payment date) and would not refund me money. "Management" called me from blocked number. Lots of better places to store your stuff in Wasaga!

I went in to cancel my unit as I had found another place a lot cheaper. Had all my stuff removed from the unit and they were notified well in advance that I was leaving and yet now they are saying I owe them 2 months rent for the unit plus late fees. I refuse to pay it, as they were told and they confirmed me cancelling. 
Really upset with this place

I had a similar experience as Edward. I stored an old printer and a couple of garden decorations in here. I came back 2 weeks later to find my personal items covered in snow and everything to be soaked. This happened 3 years ago in jan 2014.
