The Storage Loft

The Storage Loft and its staff are amazing! We needed to move some furniture and due to poor planning had to have it in place the day of to entertain guests, and when we came in Michael was there to guide us through what we needed to get our pieces into place and gave tips on how to maneuver things into position as efficiently as possible. He made a stressful situation as smooth and easy as possible for us- we recommend the Storage Loft to anyone and everyone in the Omaha area!

I had to stop by The Storage Loft to return a rental truck. I didn't expect that I'd have to stay more than a minute here, but I'm glad I did. The location that I had rented the truck from had apparently messed up the paperwork so bad that it said my truck had been returned 800 miles away and that I had an additional $150 in charges for no apparent reason. The manager at the Storage Loft was able to straighten all of this out with Penske and give me a refund on the spot. Some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere, and I'm very grateful for their efforts. Thanks!

From the beginning of the process (getting a quote ) to the end (picking up our stuff), this place was the best! My son attends Creighton and finding a place to leave his stuff was a little unnerving. This place is clean and secure and the owners are wonderful to work with. The staff is nice but the 2 stars is for the hours. Its not open from 10 to 2 on Sundays. It's actually closed on Sundays and only 8-6 mon-sat. very inconvenient hours. Especially for day jobs and students.
