Poor customer service, continued to raise the rent. I had my stuff in storage since 2014, storage group was not the original owners. I cleaned it out... bugs, all wooden furniture had mold, and every box had a layer of dirt/dust. The storage group was not accommodating and it was all my moms stuff from her house, she passed away. It was all our memories from when we were kids. I recommend you choose either a different storage place or different location. The storage group did a great job updating there locations...

Friendly and helpful service! They make it very easy to make my payments automatically every month. Also, I think the monthly rent is reasonable and the unit seems safe and secure. I'm happy to have found them!

My unit at the 3580 Pontaluna location is super clean, dry, and easy to access. I love not having to provide my own lock, having access to rolling carts, and how clean it is. Definitely puts me at ease knowing my belongings are safe!

Looking for climate-controlled storage in the Grand Haven area and the Storage Group units at the 3580 Pontaluna location fit the bill - clean, cool, dry, easy to access.
