Made a pit stop before my chiropractor appointment about a week ago and was pleasantly surprised. This is probably the best vegan muffin I’ve ever had. Super moist with quality ingredients. The staff was helpful with my questions too as I have to avoid certain ingredients specifically oils. They also make their own almond milk!
The Belgian Pumpkin Waffle GF was out of this world. The maple syrup complimented the pumpkin flavor and the apple compote the perfect accompaniment. Stellar.
This place is phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious and you can feel the nutrients powering their way through your veins as you enjoy the meals and shakes. My wife and I will definitely be back when we are in Fairfield.
The owner was super nice, very welcoming... The food was really good. Im not vegan but i enjoyed the food. And please try their ginger molasses cookie, its so yum.....

If I could give this place more stars I would! I love love it ! DONT THINK TWICE GO! VEGAN OR NOT. don't know what to order? Just call and ask for recommendations, they are so nice!
I had a really great meal here. I had the tofu scramble and coffee. The cafe was super clean, lovely staff, owner was very kind. I will definitely be back! Next time I’ll try the smoothies and report back
