I retained Mr. Meckler for his services a couple of years ago after ridiculous treatment by Progressive Insurance representatives. I was sitting in traffic, at a stop, waiting to turn left against traffic, when their client ran into me from behind at approximately 35 to 40 MPH. It resulted in surgery on my neck (disc replacement.) to repair the damage. There was pre-existing damage to my neck, which was, according to my Dr., severely affected by the trauma caused by the impact. Because of the pre-existing aspect plus the fact that I had never had any indication of a problem previously, I thought it would be fair to split the costs with Progressive(approx. 4,000 apiece) they told me they would give 500 for my trouble and that was their offer. I retained Mr. Meckler (luckily). From my first visit with him and through every subsequent visit with him, he kept me informed of everything going on. He answered every question I had for him clearly and made sure I understood . I could not be happier with the outcome or his representation. I will always be grateful and will not fail to seek his help if I ever need an attorney again. Stan Peters
