I couldn’t move my shoulder for two weeks and Bo fixed my neck and allowed me to get going in my daily activities again. My recovery time was cut in half thanks to Bo and his skilled treatment. I would highly recommend Lonsdale Wellness Studio for any of your aches and pains!! Melissa K homes

Dr. Bryan Lo did an amazing job with my shoulder pain! His soft tissue work was in-depth  and precise. The adjustments were very relieving and effective. 10/10 would recommend  to family and friends in the area!

I've had the pleasure of seeing Gabrielle for this past year and I have to say, I was a little apprehensive about getting acupuncture for the first time. But Gabrielle made it so comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. SHe has the magic touch and you truly feel rejuvenated after  seeing her. I highly recommend!!!
