The SPA Day Retreat

First time getting a massage. Was definitely super nervous as it's something that's very much outside of my comfort zone but it was a gift so I went. Everyone there was super nice and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and that it was an enjoyable experience for me and I really appreciated that. Plus it doesn't hurt to sit up straight anymore so that's pretty sweet.

I had a lovely time here at the Spa Day Retreat! Everyone there is always is so kind and welcoming and you really get the most amazing services done, I always feel so relaxed when leaving. You can really count on the staff's professional and warm attitude to make the entire experience memorable.

The service here is great I must say. Everybody is very professional and welcoming. In saying this, I know that it is a high end place so I expect prices to be high; but $90 for a wash trim and blow dry is absolutely crazy. I knew this service started at $55 and increased depending on x y and z. My hair is medium length and very thin, so I was expecting $70 at the very max! Was blown away when I heard my total. I wish I could keep coming here but the prices have just become far too much. Sad.

Will never recommend this place. My mum and I went to get relaxing massages and it was anything but relaxing. We were taken up to change and there were no towels or robes and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Then they asked us to take off towels in the room under sheets - but they were wrapped around us so was a little awkward. Actual massage was fine. Except the next day... my neck and back are more sore than ever. And this wasn’t a Swedish or deep tissue massage. The massagers also started prepping us for a facial and then walked out of the room and came back in declaring that we didn’t have facials booked and left. So my mom and I were left there confused about whether we should move or not. After all this they had a problem with our gift card. The whole experience was not relaxing. And the price is ridiculous. Would not recommend.

My first choice for calm, relaxation and pampering of any kind. The staff is warm and welcoming and the atmosphere puts you in your own Xanadu. Visit just to see the beauty of the building itself.
