They never disappoint me ever since I lived here. They always help me about 3 or 4 months ago i went to the source my apple watch would answer but could not here no one i tried but nothing the person who helped me deleted it from my phone and took it off find my app nothing more then once and was just going to quit then he remembered about a customer which had the same it was that the dirt or dead skin plug the mic he blew air and cleaned-it-they spent at least 50 minutes or more still works great they will even look up spec on electronics to show the difference never ran into one bad employee there and they have employees that worked there i think 8 or more years. If they see you in town they stop and say hi I bought a lot of electronics there in the past. I even went there today to find were to fix my screen on apple i pad 9 generation they gave me a couple numbers even someone from Osoyoos. Which is better then driving to penticton. A new employee named Gil was great he also got my friends bill sorted out and gave hime a great deal on a samsung galaxy 23. Comes with 256 gigs but early order it comes with 512 gigs more Data and almost the same price as my friends old galaxy Samsung 21 Ultra and the 23 is also a Ultra

A good electronics store for a small town. Decent range of products and prices with periodic sales and clearances making for some really great deals. They have a friendly and knowledgeable customer service team that can help you solve many of the technical challenges faced in our rapidly evolving modern-day society.
Simply put, Gateway Square's "The Source" and its staff are amazing. I got to know Aaron and D'Arcy a little bit a couple of years ago when I lived in the area, and they are exceedingly helpful. They are excellent salesmen and could probably sell you your own kidney, but they don't sell you what you aren't looking for and they follow up with amazing service and advice. Today I called them to help me sort out an issue I am having upgrading now that my contract is up. Not only did Aaron remember me, but he also stayed on the line with me until he was confident that I had everything I needed to continue using Bell as my provider for my small business. His store will receive no sale or commission from helping me, but he took the time to do so anyways. I had been considering going to Telus for some new line discounts, but I will remain with Bell so long as I get this kind of service. Thanks Guys!

You won’t find a better customer service focused team than the one at the Osoyoos location! The staff really goes out of their way to be helpful. This place is clearly lead by the right manager. Aaron is truly a cut above.
