I had a superb experience at this fine establishment. For starters, the store is organized and well equipped The best part of the store is the staff who care about the customers and are highly knowledgable. The best part of my experience was my interaction with Aron who I found to be a superior techie , highly competent, caring and smart ! As an old time network engineer I can discern a good techie when I see one and sure is superb. All in all, this store is a gem, I would plan to make this store My Source here for my electronic needs.

I was a dedicated customer to this store, but after a recent experience I am not anymore. I was looking to buy earbuds for myself and there were some on sale for $50. I asked the salesperson "If I try these out and don't like them can I bring them back?" "He said "Ya, if you don't like them you can bring them back". I tried them out and even though the earbuds sounded good they were very uncomfortable. The next day I tried to bring them back and I wasn't allowed to return them for "sanitary reasons". I understand their policy and was not aware of it until the next day. I was told by the salesman that I could bring them back if I didn't like them. How am I supposed to know if I don't like them if I can't try them out?
