Have a seat at the bar. Their bartender is the best. Super kind and keeps your glass filled. The food is all from scratch and way "above the bar" when it comes to pub food. I've had just about everything on the menu and would order it all again. pulled pork tacos - amazing! cauliflower wings - amazing! burger - amazing! Caesar salad - Awesome! I wish their mac and cheese had a stronger cheese mixed in the blend, but still pretty good. I love their hand cut fries. Oh, and they have good local beers and live music sometimes. What more could you want from a pub?
Great spot, great atmosphere. Local craft brews from Sherwood Mountain... Love the people . Allison makes it a special place. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality . TorontoRob. Food: 5/5
Server was very polite and accommodating, the local Pilsner was on tap and it flowed very gently down my throat.Service: 5/5
Sat for 10 minutes and no one came to take our drink order, so we left. Music was WAY too loud so you can't here anyone. Certain items were incredibly over priced.Service: 1/5
This was our first time here and the bartender Nova made us feel at home. My wife had the Poutine and I had the Pulled Pork sandwich with a Gillnetter beer. Very good. We'll be back.Food: 5/5
The food is great and they have a decent variety of beer on tap. The servers come to the table at just the right time for another round. My only complaint is that the music can be a little loud Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating of my nut allergy
I'm going to give it a high rating, even though there was one major problem. I'll mention the problem first - the band was waaaaaaay too loud. I put my earbuds in, without anything playing, just to prevent physical pain. Even with the earbuds shoved in as deep as they could go, the band was loud and clear. They were... fine, aside from the pain and hearing loss. Actual bar / restaurant part, though? Absolutely fantastic. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with brie and apple and stuff on it - it was really weird, really unique, but also really good. And the fries were amazing! The bartender was a machine. They were way too busy to possibly function, and yet they did anyway. I sat at the bar literally no where else to sit, it was packed and watched in awe. She never stopped moving, just smoothly going from one thing to the next without a beat in between. Downright magic. So, as long as there's no band playing - I'll be sure to check that - it is a fantastic place to visit.
Absolutely the best place to drink in town. Not so much for food, Korean flavour wings were not so korean at all and wings were far from any crispy. Good drinks although each time I order the same drink it tastes different
Great atmosphere and delicious lunch. Highly recommend the chicken & Brie ciabatta sandwich with apples & fig jam. Outstanding! The fries were amazing too with a little side of garlic aoli to dip them in suggested by Allison who is a great waitress btw. Will be going back to try the ahi tuna lettuce wraps.
Best Philly cheese steak I've had. Great selection of beer on tap. I will go again for sureFood: 5/5
