Served a great, beautifully seasoned, grilled right on the skin salmon steak with brown rice! Came cheap, but was delicious! Would have given a perfect but a sauce add-on shouldn't cost $1 plus tax!!! Came as an alternative to the over-priced sushi place next door. Will definitely come again!

AMAZING food, AMAZING staff, AMAZING choices for dietary restrictions and those who actually care about what they put in their bodies.... The only reason I took a star off is because they forgot the cauliflower rice I ordered, and I was too far to turn back. : Easy mistake that can happen, but still would highly recommend.

The absolute best place! Such a gem in the city, wish you guys had a location in North York. Most delicious gluten free/refined sugar free desserts and foods.

I love this place. This is such a great gluten free, paleo, keto spot. I love the options and the food is delicious. Im so glad i came out to this place. Loved it.

The food quality is nice. The portions are on the small side and it's a bit pricey tho. When I feel like eating something healthy and simple I go here. Would get a better rating if prices weren't so high. The bone broth is great but expensive.

Amazing people working here. Loved their specialty coffee menu. I tried their Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee... bit of an acquired taste, but loved it - ask for extra hot if you prefer it like me.
