Bouncers were beyond terrible— people who were waiting in line were constantly getting harassed by a homeless woman which made people feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Told the bouncer about it and he just brushed it off and was of no help at all despite everyone’s concerns. Not to mention purchasing tickets beforehand under the impression we’d be priority but had to wait 1.5 hrs just to get in for the most mediocre music Don’t go here

This place needs to hire new bouncers ASAP. The last times I went the bouncer ABUSED their powers at the door and get away with it. They have assaulted my friends waiting in the line and making up rules about dress code that are not even on the side of the wall. One bouncer told my friend in private that she can get in for free if she does him a favour. This place is disgusting. If you're the owner, I would advise you to go over your hired staff and run a background check on them.

I had a good time the first night here without issue. So I'm giving it a 3 since it's pretty good. However the second time I visited, as others in these reviews I was denied entry because I'm 28 over the 25 to enter. I texted the number for venue about this and have still yet to have a response. If you're over 25 I would not recommend wasting your time. Sometimes you'll get let in others you'll be denied. Not worth waiting just to be denied. Overall decent spot if you're under 25 and can get in. I'm fine with a policy of under 25 etc. But it's not on their website, their Instagram or anywhere I can find as a policy. That is my issue please be clear if this is your policy

It was fun but too hot!! This place was big and DJ was killing it but No air conditioning was on or even available in the club which is really difficult to believe.

The DJ that has been there the last two weeks is horrible. I have never seen a club so full, but so dead. I watched one of the security guards physically push a girl out the door. Idk what she did to lead up to that, but she was clearly very drunk and I don't think the response was called for. The club was also SO bright when I went last Friday that it felt like I was being examined. Lastly, the toilets in the women's washroom are ALWAYS clogged and/or out of toilet paper. This made the Gatineau clubs look like heaven.

Great place to be downtown on weekends! Best club around! Staff are amazing and fast serving, managed very well! Better to arrive earlier before the crowd to assure you get in as it gets busy pretty quickly!Food: 5/5

Im gonna be real blunt, the music has been really poor for the entirety of the summer. It’s multiple DJ’s I’ve seen who just don’t play good music, the vibe gets ruined quite often due to poor choice in songs. Don’t really have much else to complain about but music is what a club is for lol. Maybe start theming nights better… the music at almost all other places is just better and it makes Gatineau seem like the top choice rn

Oh well if I can give 0 start I will not HesitateI purchased the ticket for Halloween night it was 28 dollars because it was the last hours for the event however the lineup was carzy around 11pm it was too many people I would say over 60 people on line anyways I decided to wait on line when it come the time that the 1st Security saw my id and ticket he let me in the other guy with black light beard he say you have ripped jeans and I can't let you in I told him it's 1:15am already and i have my ticket for 28 dollars even with that he say your ticket is fake and a lot of people buy the same one and they went in, I want my refund, It was my first experience my last, I'm not happy of what I had over their don't goto this place there's many better ones around.

The most glaring issue was the DJ's song selection, which seemed to lack any coherent theme or flow. The transitions between tracks were awkward and abrupt, disrupting any chance of building a groove on the dance floor. Furthermore, the DJ's attempts at creating a vibe through their song choices often fell flat, with outdated and overplayed tracks that failed to resonate with the crowd. It was as if they hadn't kept up with current music trends or bothered to understand the preferences of the audience. Adding to the disappointment was the cringey performance style that the DJ employed. Awkward dance moves, unnecessary hype phrases, and attempts at engaging the crowd that only resulted in eye rolls made the experience uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. It was clear that their focus was more on trying to be the center of attention rather than enhancing the overall atmosphere of the event.
