Having lived near this place for years now, I have to wonder whats wrong with it? They always seem to have workers doing something and making a LOT of noise. A friend of mine lives there and he says the elevators are forever breaking down! Both of them! He has to take the stairs from the 7th floor all the time. And then there's the party animals. 2am on a Wednesday and drunk girls come stumbling drunk from the side doors yelling and staggering into the street. I dunno, I kinda hate that building now.
