If I could rate this flower shop a negative star I would. TERRIBLE customer service. This company was forwarded my order through 1800 flowers. The owner was very rude and did not attempt to apologize, but instead wanted to justify why she sent cheaper flowers than what I originally ordered. She was out of stock of the flowers I ordered but decided to use other flowers and NOT call me first to notify me. EVERY flower shop I have ever used has ALWAYS called ahead of time if there had to be any alteration that was different from the original order. The owner then stated that she was out of stock of certain flowers, which is understandable since it is Mother's Day weekend (even though they probably should've been prepared for that) but FOR COMMON COURTESY AT LEAST CALL THE CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU ALTER THE FLOWER BOUQUET. The flowers that were actually delivered were terrible in quality and I will NEVER use this flower shop again.

Yhe shoppe did my wedding flowers 5 years. Shelly did a really good job. Very friendly staff. Has some really cool decorations. The prices are right.

The Shoppe did all of the flowers for my wededing, they were AMAZING!!! Better than I could of imagined. Every single person at the wedding commented on the flowers. Thanks Ladies for everything!
