Surprisingly clean and well organized for a steep discount type retailer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I went during a 60% off sale right after Boxing Day and there was still great selection. Merchandise is largely familiar brand names.

Love this place! Amazing deals to find on awesome footwear. I got a pair of Sorel boots for $20... How can you go wrong?!

Cheap shoes from good brands. I think some shoes are used but they are heavily discounted so totally worth checking out. Bought a pair if dress shoes 70% off , and it only had one minor scratch so no big deal. New inventory every two weeks as well. Easily accessible by transit.

This location is not a real Shoe Company with normal stock. It must be some kind of outlet. It does not have kids' shoes. The adult shoes are not seasonal (no winter boots to be seen Dec. 17), and appear to represent all the unsold shoes of the past 10 years. Disappointing experience under the normally reliable Shoe Company banner.
