Staff here are amazing and fantastic for dealing with measuring little kids. Brought our son in here for his first pair of shoes and we continue to go back for all his shoes and measurements. He has a wide fit so it's hard to find a selection in general, but they have a good selection for his foot and always make sure to feel the fit in the shoe. I fully trust the staff and they always seem to enjoy the kids and take their time to make sure they get you the right size and something you like.

Just bought my little girls first pair of shoes, they were really helpful and friendly and knew their stuff. Also shoes were cheaper here than on Clarks website.
One of the best shoe shops in Waterford as it has really good quality and selection of shoes. But not more than 3* because of really poor customer service. Many times while visiting the shop i was absolutely ignored by staff. And today saw a really good bargains and was ready to buy shoes for husband and my 2 sons. I had to chase after sales assistants in the shop and when i finally asked the question about sizes i could feel they are absolutely not interested to help. We all had feeling that we are not welcome and need to leave asap. Very dissapointed. Would be a great shop if sales assistants would have at least a little bit interest in customers.
