Yesterday I made Rogan Josh for dinner, using lamb shanks from the Sheep Shelf. It’s a North Indian dish, with influences from Persia. I love how so many foods are like a gastronomical history lesson! I enjoy playing and creating in the kitchen. Today the stars were the lamb shanks from the Sheep Shelf, cooked low and slow.
