We had an excellent experience eating at The Shed in Kimberley. Excellent, friendly service. We shared the Sunday Special Taco Platter that feeds two people for $24. Great value. Will definitely go back to enjoy other menu items.
This was so delicious, we came from Edmonton area and this was one of the best places we ate all week. The service was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful and unique. The food was very rich but super tasty.
Great food. We had the mac & cheese, warm slaw, and brisket. Everything was fresh and tasty. I am generally not a big BBQ eater, so I appreciated the interesting sides. Service was great. Clean restaurant. Only downside for me is that they only had bar stools/bar height tables.
The service was ok. Ordered "The Farm" Burger for $17. No side offered with it. Looked like left over shredded meat trimmings of pork and chicken dumped on top of a thin burger paddy. Disappointing. The beer was good to wash it down with. Place looked dirty. Would not recommend.
The dining experience overall is very pleasant. The staff was very nice. Our waiter was awesome I highly recommend this place.
The only reason I gave a 4 stars to atmosphere is because I worry about those in wheelchairs or who have any disability because of the high no back stools and high tables. Other than that food and service are great and the beer selection is awesome.
I love this place! If eating smoked meat is your thing then you'll love this place as well. Check this spot out you won't regret it, especially if you burnt some calories on the hill :
What can I say? If you haven’t been to The Shed, how can you say you’re been to Kimberley. As per usual, we were there right at 12:00 when they open, to be sure to get a table. And they didn’t disappoint. The menu has changed up since we were there last, but it was great!
Honestly the Shed is a gem. Really a great BBQ joint, their brisket and pulled pork rival what you would find in the City. Their house sauces are some of the best I have ever come across. They seemed to take COVID seriously and I appreciated their care to keep a clean and safe environment. I highly recommend, and wish their business all the best.
Always a great meal at The Shed. Their Brisket is so good. Smoked Tofu and other vegan options for the wife that are more than just fries or a salad. Just come here and eat good food. They have a good selection of beers and a few ciders too.
