We go for some breakfast and drinks many Saturday mornings per year while the kids are at school. The food is always lovely and usually the service is too with a particul waitress who's always delightful. However, this morning I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the waitress. I told her that the diet coke brand they serve was horrible and tasted like pure aspartame and she took it very personally and had a very rude attitude towards me. She had no right to treat me like that and could have simply let a manager dealt with it if she was capable to. Shame
